14th annual TOC golf tournament got off to an enthusiastic start in the newly remodeled Lao Lao Bay Golf Resort facility. Tournament Chairman Ben Babauta mercifully "pulled plug" after golfers completed three holes of play in nearly 90 minutes. Watch for the Sunday action which hopefully will be played under better conditions. Enjoy these photos of the golfers enduring the deluge.
