The USS Cowpens arrived on Saipan on a beautiful sunny tropical morning, May 26, 2011. The officers (60) and crew (340), will enjoy several days of R&R before moving on. Three previous visits occurred in 2002, 2004, and 2005: WELCOME BACK!!
