Saipan Matsuri Festival 10-24-09
The 25th annual Japanese Matsuri Festival was held on October 24, 2009 at Garapan Central Park. It featured a dancing group that calls itself the Yosakoi Soran dancing team. The name is formed by the combination of the names of two teams, named Kitano Daichi and Minori. The dance style is known as Yosakoi.
